Ayurvedic treatments

Each treatment lasts an average of 90 to 120 minutes per participant. The first treatment upon arrival is usually a little shorter to allow for settling in after the journey. Then, depending on individual needs, the treatments (one per day, unless otherwise specified) will be different and will evolve throughout your stay. If necessary, a treatment can be added along the way in addition to daily treatments, or treatments can be more spaced out or elaborate if there is a problem such as allergies or other issues to address. A fixed and absolutely identical time cannot therefore be established for everyone each day, but rather an average, specifying that everyone will have a specific protocol established by the doctors during the arrival consultation according to their original nature (Prakriti) and especially their current unbalanced nature (Vikriti).

The fundamental framework, in addition to each individual's specificities, will aim to eliminate toxins, regenerate digestive fire, cellular renewal, and immunity. Before or after your treatment, you will have every afternoon completely free to enjoy nature, rest, and integration.

Additional Information

Plan your arrival by plane early on March 8th (flights to Trivandrum usually arrive between 2 and 4 am), as upon your arrival, you will receive a first regenerating treatment. This first treatment will be similar for everyone. After this, your medical consultation will determine your specific needs. Your treatment will take place from March 8th to March 15th inclusive, with the exception of the days in Trivandrum, and Kanyakumari on March 16th.

Once your reservation is made with Yoga Sangha by single or partial payment, you can confirm your accommodation choice with our team and make a deposit with our host. We recommend that you make your full board reservation as soon as your reservation is made to guarantee your ideal accommodation choice.

50% of the full board amount at Somatheeram or Manaltheeram must be paid upon booking. The remaining 50% will be paid no later than February 8, 2026.

Accommodation cancellation conditions : More than 90 days before the scheduled arrival: cancellation fees amount to $145 per invoice. From 61 to 90 days before the scheduled arrival date, cancellation fees amount to 25% of the invoiced amount. From 30 to 60 days before the scheduled arrival date, cancellation fees amount to 50% of the invoiced amount. Less than 30 days or in case of 'no show': cancellation fees amount to 100% of the invoiced amount.
