Living & Transmitting the art of meditation

AN UNPRECEDENTED TRANSFORMATION PROGRAM
OFFERED FOR FRANCE

The ultimate goal of yoga is the attainment of an inner truth that is both universal and transcendental. Ancient wisdom reveals that only those who observe their inner activity—whether emotional, mental, or physical—can truly experience the profound virtues of existence.

Experience and integrate the art of listening through an absolutely unforgettable experience. This ranges from understanding the mind and its inner workings to conscious and profound observation of the self, revealing the subtle expression of energy. A moment of privileged communion in time, tuned to the unfolding of your divinity. An experience of total intimacy with yourself, so that the privilege of relaxation, contemplation, and silence specific to your deepest nature emerges in a natural and grandiose environment.

  • Sacred space
  • Samadhi pada (Patanjali)/ The initiatory path and the benefits of meditation.
